My insurance agent found Kade Cleaning Systems for me when the carpet in our finished basement became saturated with rainwater. I was lucky enough that they fit me in right away, which literally saved my carpet. After taking a look at the damage and giving an estimate, they brought their crew back within a few hours. They lifted the carpet, pulled out and removed the ruined pad underneath (a huge job), removed the baseboards and drilled holes in the wall so the 'wall cavity' could dry faster, then set out lots of industrial fans and a huge dehumidifier. Everyone was professional, courteous, and supportive in what was a fairly stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company, and while I hope I never need them again, I will definitely call them if I do.
What a fabulous company. 24 hours after closing on my condo, I discovered water in the spare room. Levy was out there at 8AM the next day, and in short order traced the leak to my neighbor's unit.
In the end the owner of the attached unit agreed to pay for all my damages. I truly believe that would not have happened without the calm and professional way in which Kades handled the discovery of the water, and the path in which the water flowed.
Really really great people and service. Got our water in our basement sucked up quickly. To prevent mold from developing we still needed some fans and two commercial dehumidifiers. They have it all so they brought those out and really got our basement dried out within a few days. Highly recommend them. Fair, honest, did what they said they would do. No complaints here.

They explained the entire process and what was damaged. They are a family owned business not a franchise company, which is a big deal for me. They really took care of me any my family and put us first.
